Data Mart ETL - 2026-10-14
In this release:
- Deleted supplier and customer payments: once deletion is enabled for payments, a payment deleted in ERP will be marked as deleted even when ERP does not report the deletion to Data Mart.
Deleted supplier and customer payments
When a payment is deleted in Visma.net ERP, Data Mart marks the supplierPayments or customerPayments record with deletedDatabaseRecord: true. So far this depends on ERP reporting the deletion to Data Mart. Some deletions are not reported, and those payments stay active in Data Mart.
Once deletion is enabled for payments, the regular synchronization will detect the deletion from the payment itself, so a deleted payment will be marked as deleted even when ERP does not report it. The record will get a new updatedInDataMartDateTime, so an incremental fetch with includeDeleted: true will return the deletion.
For a payment detected this way, ERP has already removed the payment record. Its applicationDate and applicationPeriod are therefore null, and so are the other fields that come from that record: paymentRef, paymentMethod (paymentMethodId on customerPayments) and cashAccountId. Amounts calculated from that record or from the payment's applications, such as appliedAmount on supplierPayments and deductedCharges on customerPayments, are 0. The fields that describe the document itself, such as documentType, refNbr or referenceNumber, status, paymentAmount and paymentDate, keep their values. See Breaking change: nullable application fields on payments in the API release notes.
This change covers the payment records. Payment lines (supplierPaymentLines and customerPaymentLines) are not part of it.
